DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Catepilla.com aims to address all disputes in a structured and transparent manner. Users are encouraged to follow the official escalation process to resolve any concerns effectively.

1.1 Escalation Pathway

Users must follow these steps for dispute resolution:

  1. Step 1: Submit a written complaint to the designated Grievance Officer, outlining the issue and providing relevant details.
  2. Step 2: If the complaint remains unresolved, mediation will be facilitated through the Chennai Mediation Centre to attempt an amicable resolution.
  3. Step 3: If mediation fails, the matter will proceed to binding arbitration, where a neutral arbitrator will make a final decision in accordance with applicable laws.

1.2 Governing Law

All disputes arising under these terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.

Legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

All legal documents, mediation, and arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.

POLICY ADMINISTRATION

2.1 Version Control

Catepilla.com maintains a historical archive of all previous policy versions. Users can access archived versions at /legal/archive.

Material changes to the policies will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance.

Users are responsible for reviewing policy updates and remaining informed about changes that may affect their rights and obligations.
