All payments made for therapy services, subscriptions, or other platform offerings are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted only in exceptional circumstances.
Users who subscribe to ongoing services agree to automatic renewals unless cancellation is requested at least seven (7) days before the renewal date. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in charges for the next billing cycle.
Catepilla.com accepts payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure online payment gateways. Cash or offline payments are not accepted unless explicitly authorized.
Donations made to Catepilla.com are irrevocably allocated to neurodiversity programs, including therapy services, research, and community support initiatives. Donors may choose to contribute to specific projects, but Catepilla.com reserves the right to redirect funds based on organizational priorities.
Donations made to Catepilla.com qualify for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Official 80G tax receipts will be issued within fifteen (15) working days from the date of donation. Donors must provide valid PAN details for tax exemption claims.
Donations are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate transactions or processing errors. Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) business days of the donation, along with transaction proof.

Unjustified chargebacks on donations or service payments will result in immediate account suspension. Catepilla.com will dispute any fraudulent chargeback claims to recover funds.
